Pegasus, a venture firm, from the Bay Area, is collaborating with Emerging Prairie for this pitch event. The winner of the event is then invited to the Bay Area to participate in the World Cup Pitch Competition, where the winner will be awarded 1 Million Dollars.

Hosted at Nisswa’s Roundhouse Brewery, this open event featured spontaneous and crowdsourced presentations and authentic connections for entrepreneurs and community. Topics at this free event included "Un-Retiring," AI use in Website Design and an invention for Baseball spectators – and everyone received a free beverage and appetizers plus a BarCamp T-shirt. Detroit Lakes Pitch Competition Success!
John Machacek, Chief Innovation Officer at Greater Fargo Moorhead EDC, said the event was very well attended! Project 412’s inaugural Pitch 412 event featured pitches from Cubed Therapy, Getaway Kimonos, Event Conex, and 1st place winner Lillies Lollipops.
Lillies Lollipops received $4,000 + a spot in the ILT Academy Cohort (in-kind value of $3,000), which will come in handy as they get ready to scale up for wholesale and online sales.
Talknician co-founders make another significant success!
Congratulations to John and Andrew Dalhberg in becoming one of the three MN Cup Finalists in the Education & Training category. These Division Winners will take home $25,000 and compete for an additional $50,000 Grand Prize on September 16th.
