A Central Minnesota native and proud St. Cloud State University grad, she earned her BA in Psychology in spring 2025 and is now continuing at SCSU for her master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. 

With experience in nonprofit work, employee engagement and well-being, data analytics, and organizational development, we are excited to see her put her skills to work for GSC until May 1.

Falcon National Bank has named Shelly Doll as its new President, bringing more than 30 years of community banking experience to the role. She will lead day-to-day operations while working closely with CEO John Herges to guide the bank’s long-term strategy.

A Central Minnesota native, Doll is widely recognized for her leadership in the banking industry. Her approach—focused on disciplined growth, strong execution, and a customer-first mindset—reflects the bank’s commitment to serving and strengthening local businesses.
