5/21/24 - Unlocking Potential: Employee Growth and Development - Session will focus on succession planning and leadership development and career paths that maximize employee growth and development within organizations.
We are looking for qualified consultants to help us create our 2026-2029 Strategic Plan. Our aim is to use innovative strategies, such as design thinking, to guide us in the right direction for the future. We need a partner who has experience in strategic planning for nonprofits, a solid grasp of regional economic development, and a successful history of using creative problem-solving methods. ILT Academy's Virtual Lean Startup Innovation Cohort 2024 is a 10-week virtual program that coaches, supports, and boosts entrepreneurs and soon-to-be-entrepreneurs on their lean startup journeys. While working on their business ideas, participants will learn and practice the skills needed to refine, explore, innovate, and develop a plan for their business ideas. Participants will connect with fellow entrepreneurs, coaches, and mentors to be a part of the ILT Academy community of startup entrepreneurs and business leaders. Application deadline is Monday, September 2.
