As we reflect on a year of transformation and growth, we are excited to celebrate the incredible progress we've made together. With new leadership, our team has embraced fresh ideas, driven innovation, and continued to build on our strong foundation.

This year, we launched several impactful initiatives that are paving the way for future success. Most notable - our Thrive MN program, which provides free, customized 1:1 growth strategy coaching for startups and small businesses - serving over 60 local entrepreneurs in just a few short months. I would be remiss not to mention one of the biggest wins for our entire region - Niron Magnetics, a Clean Earth magnet manufacturer that will break ground in Sartell in 2025. That project, alone, exemplified what private-public partnerships can do when we collaborate to innovate! From expanding our programs to enhancing community partnerships, we are committed to creating lasting impact and fostering a thriving regional ecosystem for all.

Looking ahead, we remain focused on advancing our mission, exploring new possibilities, and working together to build an even stronger future for the Greater St. Cloud region. Thank you for your continued support—let’s make 2025 our best yet.
